A rye extract and a combined botanical formula offer different compositions. Understanding them starts with identifying the ingredients, their preparation methods and the amounts included.
For combined formulas, we also consider overlapping constituents and the role of each ingredient. Evidence for an individual ingredient informs development; evidence for the finished combination remains a separate consideration.
