The vaginal inserts are designed for internal vaginal use. They contain fermented lingonberry, lactic acid support and a lipid-based dissolving matrix.

Step 2 — LingonBalance Intimate Cream™

The external cream is designed for use on the external intimate area. It supports comfort, moisture and the natural skin barrier.

Suggested Use

Step 1 — Vaginal Insert

Insert one vaginal insert before bedtime.

Use for up to 7 consecutive nights, or as directed.

The insert is designed to dissolve after insertion. Use a panty liner if needed, as the lipid base may create some leakage.

Step 2 — External Cream

Apply a thin layer externally to the intimate area.

Use once or twice daily, or as needed.

Recommended use

• Wash hands before and after use
• Use the vaginal insert before bedtime
• Apply the cream externally only
• Use a panty liner if needed
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs

Do not use the external cream inside the vagina.
Do not swallow either product.

Do not use oil-based vaginal inserts together with condoms or diaphragms unless compatibility has been confirmed, as oil-based formulations may affect latex materials.
